Lakes Courbaril Hardwood Funiture Our exclusive Lakes collection of Courbaril hardwood timber furniture has been designed in Italy and manufactured in Brazil to an exacting specification demanded by ourselves and our customers. The Courbaril timber has been sourced from regulated forestry concessions where, for the past 10 years, our timber suppliers have been working with forestry management teams, local universities and research institutes for the long term regeneration of areas of tropical rain forest in the state of Para. All the furniture fittings used are zinc plated and passivated to prevent rusting. On the extending tables the runners are produced in aluminium for longevity and ease of use.
